We come here all the time. At least twice a month. We don’t like going to any other place for our seafood this is hands down “our place” for seafood. The food and service is always fantastic, Simma always takes good care of us when we go. They have alcoholic “adult CapriSuns” which taste great and do a great job. I couldn’t recommend a restaurant any more than I do this place. If you were questioning coming here, don’t. This is the best seafood boil in north Texas without a doubt!

It's insane how DELICIOUS this place is. I've been here on multiple occasions and it is consistent when it comes to service, freshness and quality. The Cap't Loui sauce is amazing and the garlic noodles are a must try! Tori is an absolute gem, you can definitely tell she truly cares about her guests. I recommended this place to all my seafood loving friends and they love it just as much as I do. My go to when it comes to seafood, keep up the amazing job!!!

Hanna welcomed us with a warm, inviting smile and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Then, I had the privilege of speaking with Danny, who took time out of his busy day to share the fascinating history of Cap't Loui and the passion behind its creation. It’s rare to get such a personal connection with the owners, and you can feel their dedication and care in everything they do. To top it off, Danny introduced us to some fellow OSU Cowboys (who were also dining there) as we wrapped up our meal, adding an extra layer of warmth and community to the experience. The attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care for their customers are evident at every turn, which is why Cap't Loui has such a loyal following. I’m incredibly grateful to have met such wonderful people who truly go above and beyond to make their customers feel valued. It’s experiences like this that set Cap't Loui apart and ensure we will be back for more. Although I didn't dine in, when I walked in, I definitely would enjoy the space. Very clean and relaxing. So now let's get to the food. I ordered the Fish and Chips( Cajun seasoning), a side of garlic noodles, and a side of steamed Broccoli. I drove about 10 minutes away and the fish was still popping hot!. I did taste a fry once in the car and they are legit( however they don't travel well) I am still going to eat every one.The fish was crunchy and flavorful on the outside without outdoing the delicate fish. I had to stop mid-meal to write this review. Everything is great and freshly made. I can taste it in the batter, and the fish is flaky and juicy. The sauces are great too and taste house made. I tried the tarter and remoulade, both really great! I will be back to try the other items on the menu. Great customer service over the phone and when I picked up my order. Thank you for such a great dinner!

Great seafood and amazing service- will definitely come back and try the lemon pepper seasoning next time! Aaron gave the best service was super attentive and kind. Dessert was really good too. Will come back!

The food was great and full of flavor with fresh seafood. The garlic noodle dipped in the cajun sauce is such a whole new flavor. What also stood out was the service. Anna and Timmy were attentive and friendly

I stumbled in looking for fried shrimp and luckily found a very nice new restaurant with delicious food. The seafood was fresh, and the fried shrimp were some of the best I’ve ever had. I’m from a beach town and have high standards; Cap’t Loui exceeded them. The service was amazing. The owner Hannah greeted us and was very kind and walked us through the menu. Our server June was on top of things. The handwashing station was very convenient. That along with the complementary plastic gloves and bib were a nice touch. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless.

My husband and I visited for the first time last night and it was absolutely amazing. The greeting, no wait, waitress, selections on the menu, wait time for food, freshness and quality of the food all top tier! Oh and the drinks how could I forget the adult “capri suns” were tasty and strong! My husband had the live crawfish and the had the shrimp and they don’t skimp and the garlic noodles are to die for. So much food. Can’t wait to get back there! Drove to Carrollton just for seafood and they did not disappoint. Come to West Prosper TX please.
